    - MatchBone: Match starting position of NLA strips to previous strips based on bone location

    - Multiply NLA Mode: Motion blending with NLA that actually works

    - Baking: Bake Object-level animation to pose-level animation; bake multiple NLA strips into a single Action

    Dude, read the version number: 2.42a. It's ancient but a lot of people ask for it so they use the BlenderPeople script. It's not meant for general use -- thus the "Experimental" tag.
