I have a problem.
GPU rendering works in 2.64 but I have downloaded a couple of 2.67 versions and they don't work on my machine.
option is there and I have tried using it as experimental and supported. The render is blank.

I have a bug.
In Version 54747 all works fine.
I klick to an Image in the UV Image Editor. It will be showed.
If I klick on the "Image" Menu in the UV Image Editor, Blender Crashes with the following error. This is always the same...

Since b2.66 is soon released i have a favor to ask. If you could build official b2.66 release and leave it for few days since your builds just work faster ( GPU cycles also ).

Should we suppose that ATI cards GPU rendering support is abandoned for now? Is it about time to look for some reasonable nVidia replacement? :(

The other build is faster because it has uses maximum optimization level, which may cause instability. This build only uses optimizations that are known to be stable.

Now the work cycles
I installed a new version of the drivers :)
But it is slower:

Cycles cuda not work in my GTX670 render BlackScreen
Several versions of blender 2.64.9 do not work!
The older versions work ok
I have already installed the cuda tookit the most current drivers.
I noticed that the old versions have the render faster:
8723_blender-2.64-- 52,157 --- unified-contrib-add-ons --- --- fastest cuda
Compared with its predecessors that I downloaded

Why is this happening? Is there a way to solve?

I'm a little confused. Does this build (2.64.2) include the fixes/changes done in 2.64a? It says it's trunk, but if that's the case, why isn't it 2.64a.2 or something like that?

Sorry, the old blender with working radar was r46708 v2.63.5.

In this build (r47365) and the build I used before (r47252 ) the radar sensor seems to work wrong. It creates collisions!!!
I loaded the same setup on an older blender (r47252) and it worked fine.

A colliding radar causes serious problems....

I just checked, Nope :( I have a older build that works at times. Can't wait till Cuda 3.0 or full OpenCL comes out.

I have quadro 2000 which is rated 2.1 compute capability. I'm running Win7 on a Lenovo w520 with standard hardware, i7 2820, 8 gb ram and so on. I updated nvidia drivers and have installed CUDA Toolkit. I just wanted to see if it was only my problem, I'll try to mess up a little to see if I can solve it. I'm really inspired by all the work that's being done around blender, thanks to you and thanks to all of the developers.

With all the information you provided, I can only say that it's your computer's problem.

You can see CUDA compatible devices here:

Blender officially supports CC 1.3 or higher.

I just checked commit logs. Apparently that was an issue with trunk revisions 45051-45250, so now it works again. :)

just to say... can anyone else check this? weirdness from the timeline. if i play it backwards it will always play backwards. i just have to hit the play backwards button once and from then on i cant play forwards. im wondering if its this buildset as this happened on a previous build 45101. from MiikaH.
